About the Role:
As Key Account Manager – North, you’ll be the face of Riviera Travel across the Northwest, Northeast, and Yorkshire, driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering standout support to our key trade partners.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a strategic call cycle focused on high-potential accounts
* Growing revenue and passenger numbers across your region
* Delivering impactful training and product knowledge sessions
* Hosting consumer events, fam trips, and educational days
* Monitoring competitor activity and feeding insights back to the business
* Driving engagement with Riviera’s trade tools, newsletters, and social platforms
* Collaborating with the wider trade team to ensure consistent communication and support

About You:
You’re a confident, driven, and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. You’ll bring:
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
* Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (travel industry preferred)
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships
* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when needed (with time in lieu)
* A clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
