Site Maintenance / Camp Warden
I'm looking for a proactive and reliable Site Maintenance / Camp Warden to support the day-to-day running of staff accommodation. Based in a beautiful Chichester location, this role is perfect for someone who is hands-on and enjoys a diverse range of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Regular inspection of site and facilities inc buildings and mobile caravans
* Carry out minor repairs and maintenance issues
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
* Support staff wellbeing and respond to any concerns
* Help organise occasional social and welfare activities
* Provide assistance during medical incidents (e.g. transport to clinic)
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Friendly, professional, and organised
* Basic maintenance knowledge
* Flexible and able to work independently
* Clean UK driving licence (Category B)
* Good level of spoken and written English
