The Role
You'll work at the heart of a collaborative design team, driving forward the production of high-quality Revit models and technical information. From concept design through to site delivery, you'll take ownership of technical detailing, BIM coordination, and model management, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This is a role where you'll both support senior team members on major schemes and take the lead on project packages and technical coordination, making it ideal for someone keen to step up in responsibility while working on flagship projects.
What We're Looking For
· Expert Revit capability, confident working in BIM Level 2+ environments.
* Proven experience delivering projects of £20m+ construction value.
* Strong technical design skills with excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
* Experience across RIBA Stages 3–6, with ability to produce clear, accurate technical drawings and models.
* A collaborative team player, with the confidence to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Ability to support and mentor junior staff while also stepping up to lead project elements.
Desirable Skills
* Exposure to multiple sectors (commercial, residential, education, and more).
* Experience using Navisworks or similar for coordination and clash detection.
* CIAT membership (or working towards).
