About the role
School Kitchen Coordinator at Colehill First School – you will manage the preparation and delivery of an on‑site hot school meal provision using external catering suppliers.

Type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 12.05 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. Working 11.15am–1.40pm, 5 days a week (subject to change).
Salary: £6,768 - £6,874 per annum (pro rata for hours & weeks, including paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements).
Start date: As soon as possible.
Closing date: 31st May 2026.
Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day food preparation and delivery in line with food handling regulations.
• Coordinate with external catering suppliers and maintain safe, allergen‑controlled kitchen operations.
• Use provided kitchen equipment and materials safely and properly.
Qualifications & requirements
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DSB) check in line with government safer recruitment guidelines.
• Right to work in the UK documented at appointment.
• Experience in school or catering kitchen environments is desirable.
