First shift, Monday-Friday position located in Elgin, SC (with travel to surrounding areas).
Includes transporting individuals to and from medical appointments as directed. Will assist the LPN/Health Care Coordinator with various errands and tasks as directed. Responsible for certain consumer documentation. Must maintain accountability to individuals while in his/her care.
