Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director of Delivery to oversee the operational delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency projects across multiple regions. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing teams of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and other senior stakeholders to enhance processes, build capability within the delivery teams, and ensure we consistently meet client and contractual expectations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to balance hands-on support with high-level planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support teams of Project Managers and Project Coordinators across multiple regions
* Oversee project delivery performance, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial targets are met
* Develop and implement delivery strategies to improve efficiency and standardisation across projects
* Build capability within the delivery teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured development
* Manage key client relationships and represent LivGreen at senior stakeholder meetings
* Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, budgets, and timelines to the leadership team
* Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure a proactive approach to project challenges
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth planning
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior delivery or operations management role (ideally within construction, retrofit, or energy efficiency sectors)
* Strong background in project management with experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and project financials
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
