Your Role This September: As a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll become a key figure in one pupil’s school life—offering encouragement, structure, and the tailored support they need to thrive. What You’ll Be Doing: 1:1 Support – Work closely with a child with additional needs (such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or global developmental delay), helping them access learning and navigate the school day. Adapt and Assist – Modify activities to meet the pupil’s individual needs and learning style, ensuring they’re included and engaged.
