About the Role
You will play a key role in managing and enhancing a diverse commercial property portfolio, including industrial, retail, and office assets. Responsibilities include:
* The position will involve providing day-to-day property management services for commercial buildings in accordance with RICS industry best practice. Understanding
* Maximising portfolio value through proactive property and asset management.
* Advising on estate management matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing strategies.
* Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and service partners.
* Collaborating with other departments to identify new revenue streams and deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For
* Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in commercial property management.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT and data analysis capabilities.
