Key Responsibilities:
In this Sous Chef near Yeovil position, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a structured catering environment.
11. Catering for up to 70 students and staff daily
12. Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner service
13. Working a mixture of early and late shifts (typically 06:30-14:30 or 11:30-20:00)
14. Maintaining high food safety and quality standards
15. Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen team

16. Previous experience up to Sous Chef level
17. Ability to work flexible shifts within a rota
18. A reliable and team-focused approach
