Job Purpose: Responsible for assessing organizational needs, analysing processes, and proposing solutions to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the Oracle solution within the organization. Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintenance of end-to-end processes, employing critical thinking to address complex issues and suggest appropriate remedies. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaborate with Oracle Implementation partner to evaluate and validate proposed solutions.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Elicitation: Identify underlying business issues and project-related information.
* Analyse Requirements: Organize and model requirements for clarity and completeness.
* Specify Requirements: Document requirements in a format easily understood by stakeholders.
* Validate and Verify Requirements: Ensure alignment with organizational needs, stakeholder approval, and quality standards.
* Process Documentation: Maintain robust, up-to-date, and comprehensive process documentation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs.
* Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate proposed solutions and suggest modifications for optimal outcomes.
* Solution Presentation: Present proposed solutions to stakeholders for understanding and engagement.
* Testing Support: Assist in testing phases to ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Problem Identification: Identify issues within solutions and processes and propose suitable resolutions.
* End-to-End Process Documentation: Develop detailed process catalogues reflecting back-office processes within the Oracle solution scope.
* Process Mapping: Identify current and future state processes using various techniques.
* Continuous Learning: Support a culture of continuous learning to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
* Impact Analysis: Perform impact analysis, risk assessments, and cost-benefit exercises as needed.
* Post Implementation Review: Conduct reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and user expectations.
Skills & Experience:

* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP software preferred.
* Experience with process mapping software such as MS Visio and Lucid.
* Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies advantageous.
