Lunchtime & Wrap Around Care Supervisor

Fairfield Prep School, a day school for children aged 3 – 11, is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Lunchtime & Wrap Around Care Supervisor to support our children.
This dual role position is vital in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and engagement of our pupils during lunchtime and out of school hours in our Wrap Around Care provision.
The hours for this role are:
Lunchtime Supervisor:
11:45 am – 1:45 pm, Monday to Friday (10 hours per week)
Wrap Around Care Supervisor:
16 hours per week, with flexibility to be agreed in consultation with the Wrap Around Care & Kindergarten Manager. This includes three afternoon clubs per week, each running until 6:15 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure pupil safety and wellbeing during lunch and after school care.
* Supervise play, dining, and transitions between activities.
* Support homework and lead age-appropriate play sessions.
* Administer basic first aid and follow safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare (essential).
* Warm, energetic and patient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
