We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference and
Banqueting team as a Conference and Banqueting Manager. You will be part
of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and

Main Duties-

* Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job
role.
*

To assist with the HR duties of the department
including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
*

To help achieve and exceed the overall financial
goal and objectives.
*

To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure
compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.
*

Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash
handling are being maintained.
*

To ensure full compliance with health and safety
across the hotel.
*

Empower hosts to provide excellent customer
service and understand expectations.
*

Ensure the development of assistant manager and
supervisors in order to promote in the future.
*

Handle guest feedback and action accordingly.

What do you need to apply?

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience
in the conference and banqueting industry as a manager. It is desirable to have
experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be;
well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work
all shift patterns.
