Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Monitor and optimise campaigns for key performance indicators such as ROAS and CPA.
3. Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging.
4. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise return on investment.
5. Lead collaboration with Account Management, SEO and Data Teams to ensure integrated strategies.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing new tools, automation, and AI-driven strategies.
7. Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve client performance and contribute to business growth.
8. Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to best practices.
9. Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
10. Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and client meetings.
Candidate Profile
* Be a data-driven, results-oriented digital marketer with a deep understanding of paid media channels.

* Have 5+ years of experience in paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Proven expertise in lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
* Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
* Mandatory Google Ads certification; Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
* Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
* Strong understanding of A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding.
* Experience with automation, AI-driven optimisations, and paid media innovations.
* Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
