As part of its board renewal process, Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Board Member who brings deep Human Resources expertise to support a growing organisation focused on operational excellence and a culture where people are proud to work. We are seeking a senior HR leader with a strong track record of success at executive level, who also brings proven non-executive experience. You will understand how a Board should support operations, and you will be confident providing independent challenge, strategic guidance, and oversight across governance, risk, people strategy, and organisational culture. As a Board member, you will: Help shape the people strategy to support growth, high performance, and service excellence. Provide expert oversight on culture, leadership, workforce planning, reward, and organisational design.
