Whether it's in an alternative provision or a specialist SEN school, your training, care, and quick-thinking make you essential. What you’ll do: De-escalate challenging situations with confidence Build trust-based relationships with vulnerable pupils Support tailored learning for students with SEMH needs Bring structure, stability, and humour to the classroom You’ll need: A valid Team Teach certificate (or willing to complete training) Experience in SEN, PRUs or behaviour support Excellent emotional intelligence and resilience Enhanced DBS or happy to apply This isn’t just a job.
