Marketing Manager – Construction Group Central Belt, Scotland £50,000 – £60,000 bonus & perks We’re recruiting a Marketing Manager for a well-established and growing construction group, operating across multiple businesses and sectors. This is a key role with genuine ownership, accountability, and influence across the wider group. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive, group-wide marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens individual brand identities, and positions the group effectively within the construction market. The role * Own, develop, and deliver the group-wide marketing strategy * Manage brand positioning across multiple group businesses * Lead digital presence, campaigns, and content across all channels * Produce and oversee high-quality project case studies and sector-relevant content * Work closely with directors and operational teams to support market positioning and opportunity generation * Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality output What you’ll be accountable for * Clear, consistent brand messaging across the group * Quality, relevance, and effectiveness of marketing materials and content * Supporting pipeline growth through targeted, effective marketing activity * Effective management of agencies, suppliers, and budgets What we’re looking for * Proven experience in a Marketing Manager (or similar) role * Experience within the construction market is beneficial but not essential * Strong B2B, project-led marketing capability * Comfortable working across multiple businesses and stakeholders * Confident engaging with senior leadership and operational teams This is an opportunity to step into a visible, influential role within a group that sees marketing as a genuine driver of growth
