About the Role
We are seeking a Research Fellow to join our team at the University of Leeds to work on a project funded by the Road Safety Trust. The project focuses on addressing road crossing challenges faced by Autistic Children. The successful candidate will assist with data analysis of a secondary dataset, design and evaluate crossing behaviors and visual attention in our Highly Immersive Kinematic Experimental Research (HIKER) pedestrian lab.
Qualifications and Experience
* PhD in Transport Psychology, Human Factors, or Behavioral Sciences.
* Background and interest in pedestrians' crossing behaviors.
* Experience in designing experimental studies, collecting data from human participants, and analyzing crossing behavior, including head/eye tracking data.
* Evidence of good analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
