Your new role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provideprehensive and proactive support to nominated Executive Directors, ensuring they can operate effectively and efficiently. Acting as a key interface internally and externally, you will manageplex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handlemunications with professionalism and discretion. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, managing travel arrangements, processing expenses, and supportingmittee work from agenda planning to minute-taking. You will also take ownership of day-to-day issues in the absence of the Executive Directors, maintain organised electronic filing systems, and ensure timely resolution of queries. This role requires you to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and represent the organisation’s values at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills are essential, as you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders and act as a trusted representative of the Executive Directors. You will need proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. A proactive, solution-focused approach, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information are critical.petence in Microsoft Office and digital tools, along with flexibility and amitment to continuous professional development, will ensure your success. You must be able to demonstrate your recent experience of supporting C-suite Directors.
You will attend the office a minimum of 1 day per week. You must be able to start this temporary assignment immediately, initially for 3 months, and review again afterwards.
