The brief:
We are seeking a freelance Account Director to lead TikTok and paid social campaigns. You will be the strategic lead for key clients, focusing on paid social, influencer strategy, TikTok Shop, and performance-driven content. This role is ideal for a senior freelancer experienced in leading campaigns from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage strategic delivery of TikTok campaigns, including media planning, buying, and optimization.
* Develop strong client relationships and serve as their main contact for TikTok-related matters.
* Lead TikTok Shop strategies, including shoppable content, influencer collaborations, and live activations.
* Oversee campaign execution across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
* Advise clients on TikTok Shop best practices, such as storefront optimization and platform tools.
* Act as the senior client contact and escalation point, maintaining high standards and strategic clarity.
* Collaborate with creative teams and influencers for campaign content.
* Prepare budget plans and proposals for clients.
What we’re looking for:
* Senior experience in an agency environment, managing complex accounts.
* Practical experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
* In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop, including affiliate programs and live streaming.
* Strong client management and presentation skills.
* Ability to create performance-focused creative content.
* Experience managing various paid campaigns and budgets.
* Adaptability to fast-paced environments and delivering quality work.
