We are recruiting for a Mobile multi-skilled engineer (Electrical Bias ) Job Responsibilities To carry out and complete planned maintenance, reactive works and additional (chargeable) works across the region, whether carried out by self, other CBRE mobile engineers or 3 rd party sub-contractors / vendors, ensuring all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard To carry out all assigned tasks and ensure all records are completed and available for future reference if required. To monitor and update Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation, including that completed by other CBRE engineers and / or CBRE contractors Act as the CBRE representative with the client as and when required, establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the client representatives Assist in the preparation of quotations for additional works Liaise with the Helpdesk / Contract Support / Operations Manager and Contract Manager in order to make best use of available time and to optimise service delivery. Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements. These include (but are not limited to) ATWs, Hazards, Permits, contractor monitoring, toolbox talk completion, vehicle, tool and PPE checks etc Person Skills Formally trained in electrical services maintenance. Electrical 18th Edition Comprehensive electrical engineering experience, undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
