The Role
:
As a Family Solicitor, you will undertake fee-earning work in Family Law department, ensuring profitable contribution to the firm and adherence to business plan.
Duties:
1. Handle Family Law matters including divorce, children's issues, and domestic abuse cases.
2. Draft legal documents such as Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
3. Maintain financial control and manage billing procedures.
4. Provide support to colleagues and assist with marketing efforts.
5. Supervise fee-earning work and ensure compliance with risk management procedures.
Requirements:
6. Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
7. Minimum 2 years PQE.
8. Expertise in all aspects of Family Law.
9. Ability to manage own caseload independently.
10. Proficiency in IT and strong communication skills.
