We are seeking an experienced Interim Governance or Company Secretarial professional to join our EMEA Secretariat team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will:
* Provide governance and company secretarial support to executive management committees (EMCs) and regulated boards/committees
* Act as the key contact for Chairs, directors, and senior stakeholders
* Manage annual performance reviews, minutes, and action tracking
* Support governance projects and process improvements across the region
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Governance Professional / Company Secretary
* Strong knowledge of UK Company Law and financial services regulation
* Proven experience supporting boards/committees at senior level
* Excellent minute-taking, organisational, and communication skills
