We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team and drive growth by developing new sales opportunities. This role combines proactive business development activity (prospecting, lead generation, achieving sales KPIs) with strategic relationship management (securing partnerships, account development, and client retention). Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Business Development Team to generate new revenue streams, expand our client portfolio, and establish sustainable partnerships that contribute to bMindful Psychology’s long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and prospecting activity to generate qualified leads Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, consistently meeting sales targets Present and promote bMindful Psychology’s services to prospective clients in a professional, value-driven manner Identify and secure new commercial partnerships to expand reach and impact Negotiate agreements that deliver long-term value for both bMindful Psychology and its partners Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling Act as a key contact for prospective partners, developing rapport with senior decision-makers Ensure a seamless client journey from initial enquiry through to partnership development Work to agreed KPIs, including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets A full Job Description is available on request.
