Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Systems Accountant / Project Manager for a leading professional services firm in Manchester, which has experienced significant growth over the past decade.
The Role
1. Ensure systems work efficiently and effectively, supporting forecasting and financial reporting.
2. Lead continuous improvement of systems and related reporting.
3. Provide training to maximize system utilization.
4. Develop enhancements to add value continually.
5. Implement a replacement financial system for Dimensions.
6. Record, test, and update processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an accounting background with experience in delivering continuous improvement projects across finance and reporting systems, and the ability to lead projects and influence senior leadership teams.
Applicants from a similar systems accountant role within a professional services organization, holding an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), are preferred; however, qualified individuals by experience will also be considered.
