* Liaise and collaborate with clients, TWC/TWDs, site teams, and other stakeholders
* Prepare design risk assessments and consider buildability, safety, and commercial drivers at every stage
* Work alongside technicians to prepare high-quality drawings and 3D models
* Attend site visits and meetings to ensure safe and practical solutions
* Contribute to a positive, proactive, and quality-driven culture within the business

* Strong knowledge of Eurocodes (EN 1990, 1991, 1993, etc.) and BS 5975 procedural controls
* Proficiency with structural design software (e.g., Tedds, Staad, Robot) and hand‑calc methods
* Ability to think practically and work closely with contractors and site teams
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
* Experience in demolition or complex, high‑risk Temporary Works environments
