Support Network: - We have 2 permanent consultant social workers who work closely with all our ASYE’s and social workers within the service - Systemic Practitioners who offer consultations and support to all our staff. - Havering also offer robust support within their HR framework - Each Team is made up of: - 1x TM - 2 x AP to support with complex casework.
Working Model: - Hybrid model - Flexible approach involving working from our town hall campus/hubs. - Expectation to work from our town hall campus during your teams duty week, for team meetings and other development days and at managers discretion some ad-hoc days onsite may be needed. - Encouraging face to face working for teams as we know how important this is for social workers and all meetings with c...
