Druck Limited has a vacancy for an Electrical Engineer to join the Aerospace Engineering Team, which includes Mechanical, Electronic, and System engineers. The team develops products supporting the Aerospace business through Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) and New Product Introductions (NPI).
The team designs innovative pressure sensors supporting projects from cradle to grave, working closely with sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and production facilities.
The Electronic Engineer will be responsible for:
* Electronic integration of pressure sensing components for Aerospace applications
* Design Change initiation and implementation
* Manufacturing technical support and problem-solving
* Documentation for conformity and technical explanations
* Reviewing design specifications and requirements
* Supporting external customers, sales, and marketing
* Developing and advancing internal procedures
* Data analysis to meet project and customer needs
* Documentation to support design goals
* Verification & Validation of customer requirements, including analysis and testing
Fuel your passion
To succeed, you will need:
* A Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering
* Experience with schematic design, capture, and circuit simulation tools
* Experience in design and testing for EMC
* Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB design and fabrication
* Knowledge of industry standards like DO-160, Mil Std 810, AS9100 & AS9145
* Experience with MRP systems such as SAP
* Proven ability in low power analogue and mixed-signal circuit analysis
* Comfort working in high-quality, deadline-driven environments
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
