Leeds / Hybrid Full time / Permanent

We’re looking for an outstanding Programme Performance Coordinator to join our highly skilled Employment and Skills Data & Performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating financial processes, managing internal and external performance metrics, overseeing contract reporting, and evidencing the real impact our funding has on the lives of West Yorkshire residents.

This role is focussed on Healthy Working Life - a £37 million partnership between West Yorkshire Combined Authority and the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. Co-designed with residents and employers, the programme supports people with long-term health conditions into secure, rewarding work and helps economically inactive residents move closer to employment.

As Programme Performance Coordinator, you will take a lead in developing and implementing systems to coordinate and monitor the Connect to Work offer within the Healthy Working Life programme.

The Role

Reporting into the Lead Programme Performance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

· Support the Lead Programme Performance Coordinator to manage a range of contracts.

· Develop and maintain effective contract management tools to monitor overall contract finances, performance, subcontractors, partner delivery and associated risks of multiple high value contracts timely.

· Ensure the accuracy of reports, contract evidence and funding claims.

About You

You will have the following key skills, attributes, education, and experience:

· Knowledge and practical experience of contract and project management methodologies, techniques and good practice.

· Relevant and recent experience of developing, implementing, embedding and maintaining contract management processes and procedures.

· Understanding of the contract management requirements of a range of funding streams.

· Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Tools.
