We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our talented Kitchen team at the exclusive Culloden Estate & Spa. Under the inspiring leadership of our Executive Head Chef, Mark Begley, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

The successful candidate can expect to work 45 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends, typically from 8am to 6pm.
About The Role
To be responsible for the effective management of the Kitchen Pastry section, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximum profit contribution. Responsibilities include managing the pastry section's operation, maintaining food quality standards, contributing to business development, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, staff training and development, equipment maintenance, and fostering a respectful working environment.
About You
We seek an experienced Pastry Chef with creative flair and talent.
Skills Needed
Hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professional appearance, and previous experience in high-quality establishments. Must hold NVQ Level 2 in Patisserie and Confectionery, Food Preparation and Cooking, and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. Right to work in the UK is required.
