Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the conference and banqueting team to deliver high standards of service
* Organize and oversee events ensuring meticulous execution
* Maintain attention to detail and ensure seamless event operations
* Uphold the legacy of hosting historic and exceptional events at Cliveden House
* Continuously refine event management procedures to exceed guest expectations
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in luxury event management
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Hands-on approach with a focus on detail
