The Role
* Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring objectives are met and fostering strong client relationships.
* Proactively engage in client business development and maintain existing relationships.
* Oversee communication between the project team and the client, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Take a leading role in collaborating with clients and consultants at all project stages.
The Person
* 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
* Degree in a construction-related discipline.
* Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIOB or RICS).
