Your key responsibilities will include: Testing incoming materials for pH, flammability, and compatibility to support safe bulking operations. Ensuring accurate labelling of goods to maintain compliance. Completing all necessary documentation while upholding rigorous Safety, Environmental, and Company standards. This site-based role is perfect for a proactive, outdoor enthusiast who thrives in a practical environment. Experience Proven background in the hazardous waste sector would be ideal At least 2 years' experience as a Chemist in waste management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Educational Requirements A minimum HNC in Chemistry (or related fields like Biology or Forensics) is required, with a strong emphasis on Chemistry modules. Higher qualifications, such as an HND or Degree, are highly preferred. Desirable Qualifications Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence
