Personal Injury Solicitor – Greater Manchester – Competitive Salary – 3+ PQE (Job Ref: 2180)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied and demanding caseload of fast‑track and multi‑track RTA matters, together with employer liability and public liability claims. They will conduct files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, including liability investigations, evidence gathering, drafting pleadings, instructing experts and counsel, engaging in negotiations and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural deadlines. The role is supported by the firm’s case‑management system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE in personal injury law with demonstrable experience of handling fast‑track and multi‑track RTA and employment and public liability cases from start to finish. They should possess strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to case management. Enthusiasm, motivation and a commitment to delivering high‑standard client care are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a supportive team environment. A willingness to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new ways of working is required.
