Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations.
Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and tools.
Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or on-site.
Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
