Do you enjoy working in a lively, creative environment? My client is looking for someone to join their New Product Development (NPD) team as a NPD Kitchen Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating exciting new products
2. Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and report equipment issues
3. Monitor product quality, including consistency and ingredient levels
4. Track supplies and help ensure sufficient stock for production
5. Receive hands-on training
Skills and Attributes:
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Comfortable with basic calculations and IT tasks
8. Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
9. Ability to work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment
10. Capable of handling pressure in a manufacturing setting
11. Previous production experience would be beneficial
Qualifications:
12. Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
13. Basic IT skills
14. Planning and organisational abilities
Working hours:
15. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay:
£14 per hour equivalent £29,120 per annum
