Job Description
We are a leading construction firm in Singapore looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* On-SiteSupervision: Oversee allarchitectural and structural works on-site to ensure they comply with approveddrawings and quality standards.
* ProgressMonitoring: Monitor daily workprogress and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timelycompletion of project milestones.
* SafetyCompliance: Enforce WorkplaceSafety and Health (WSH) regulations and ensure all workers adhere to safetyprotocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.
* QualityControl: Conduct regular siteinspections and coordinate with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) orConsultants for site inspections.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, progress reports, and manpower records.
* ProblemSolving: Identify potentialtechnical issues or site constraints early and propose practical solutions to the Project Manager.
Material Management
Manage the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials on-site to minimize wastage.
