This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is looking to develop their career within a school environment, with future progression into a Deputy Office Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries professionally and confidently
Support the day-to-day running of the school office
Assist with resolving queries and handling day-to-day office tasks and challenges
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment
Essential Requirements
Previous office administration experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident communicator who is comfortable handling calls and enquiries
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
