Mobile M&E Contracts Supervisor – £50,000
Salary: £50,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday
PRS is recruiting for a Contracts Supervisor to oversee the delivery of M&E Building Services maintenance to a commercial portfolio in central London. The role involves leading, motivating, developing, supporting, and managing a team of M&E engineers to meet contract deliverables.

Duties:
* Ensure the safe, profitable, and quality delivery of Building Engineering Services within a specified area or account.
* Lead, motivate, develop, support, and manage a team of M&E engineers in delivering contract requirements.
* Manage planned and reactive works through the self-delivery team and subcontractors, aiming to promote additional works for financial growth.
* Identify training needs, monitor safety performance, and ensure timely communication of key information.
* Act as a key customer interface, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget, achieving customer satisfaction and financial targets.
* Manage third-party service providers within the designated area.
* Drive productivity and efficiency, exceeding targets through employee engagement and continuous improvement.
* Manage a team of 4-12 direct reports.
* Handle contracts valued between £200k and £500k, ensuring retention and growth.
* Oversee engineer worksheets and timesheets.
* Quote and deliver additional works as agreed.
* Maintain budgeted margins and manage WIP & debt targets.
* Ensure safe and compliant site performance across the area.
* Meet SLAs across contracts and supply chain.
* Foster a culture of cooperation and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent).
* Experience in costing and supervising reactive repairs and small projects.
* Proven track record in the M&E maintenance sector, P&L management of up to £5m.
* Knowledge of statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance records and certification.
* IOSH Working/Managing Safely certification, and familiarity with safe systems of work such as PTW and RAMS.
