Pega Senior Programmer Analyst is senior development position responsible for driving strategic business process management initiatives using Pega technologies. Will be a key member of a dynamic team with responsibility below:
1. Individual contributor for a set of highly talented technical resources to develop complex, high volume & scalable Pega applications.
2. Drive all aspects of project lifecycle. Partner with IT vendors and business to define requirements and develop functional specifications. Design, estimate, build and deploy Pega PRPC application as well as perform project oversight.
3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement
4. Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend / install programming solutions
5. develop solutions for updating or improving existing applications and infrastructure to meet IT commitments to the business
6. Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
7. Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Must to have Minimum Pega PCSSA certification
Education:
8. BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Technical Skills:
9. 8-12 years of hands-on experience working on Business Process Management (BPM) solutions demonstrating expertise on Pega Infinity
10. Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity or higher
11. Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
12. Hands on experience on Pega Cosmos or Constellation is must.
13. Experience on Pega Smart Dispute, Pega DX APIs, Agentic AI will be a big plus
14. Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
15. Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
16. Should have at-least Pega CSSA certification.

18. Work in team environment and provide project status reports and be able to present solutions to peers and business groups
19. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
20. Act as mentor and technical guidance to new or lower level analysts.

21. Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
