* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with a focus on genuine conversations and team support.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards in food, health, and safety.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.

* Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
