The Opportunity:
As a CI Manager youll play a key role in:
1. Leading and embedding Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and other continuous improvement tools into daily operations
2. Collaborating with the senior leadership team to identify and deliver best-practice initiatives
3. Coaching and developing teams to build a Right First Time mindset and Lean behaviours
4. Using data-driven insight to challenge inefficiencies and propose sustainable improvements
5. Designing and supporting projects where process improvement is a key focus
