Branch Operations Manager page is loaded## Branch Operations Managerremote type: Site-based onlylocations: Bristol Cribbs Causewaytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: September 15, 2025 (25 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR30638**Minster** is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Branch Operations Manager who's as passionate about great service as we are.Hours – 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday**Minster,** Patchway Industrial Estate, Bristol, BS34 5TAKey Responsibilities * Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects* Managing team of 4 Warehouse Operatives and 4 Drivers* Producing monthly reports* Supporting the Branch Manager* Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning* Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)* Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed* Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products* Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts* Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority* Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement* Competitive Basic Salary* Retirement Savings Plan (Pension) – with Legal & General* Life Assurance - From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump-sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
