The Best Connection are currently recruiting for B1 Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Somercotes.
This is a dual-role position, so candidates must be happy to support with general operative duties when not operating the FLT.
The Role:
* Operating a B1 Counterbalance Forklift Truck
* Loading, unloading, and moving materials across site
* Supporting production with hands-on operative duties
* Using hand and power tools
* Assisting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
Working Hours:
* Monday: 06:00 - 16:30
* Tuesday: 06:00 - 16:30
* Wednesday: 06:00 - 16:00
* Thursday: 06:00 - 16:00
* Friday: 06:00 - 15:30
* £19.83 on Saturdays!!
* Ongoing, full-time work
Requirements:
* Valid B1 Counterbalance licence (ESSENTIAL - accredited only)
* Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or similar
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Ability to read a tape measure accurately
* Flexible and willing to carry out manual / operative duties
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
