What you will do
* Conduct assessments and create detailed care plans specific to child in need and child protection cases.
* Work closely with children and families to ensure the safety and welfare of young people, and provide ongoing support through child protection and care proceedings.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including health, education, and legal professionals to deliver holistic care.
* Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for legal proceedings when required.
* Attend and contribute to meetings related to child protection as and when needed.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience in UK social services, working as a qualified Social Worker.
