Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working - approximately 2 days per week in the office)

Our client is a well-established charitable organisation making a significant impact across communities throughout the Midlands. They are seeking an experienced and motivated T rusts & Grants Officer to join their fundraising team and play a key role in securing income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of trust, foundation and grant funders
* Writing high-quality funding applications, proposals and reports
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with funders and stakeholders
* Supporting the management and monitoring of restricted funding budgets
* Ensuring compliance with grant agreements and funding requirements
* Coordinating evaluation activities and collecting evidence for impact reporting
* Identifying and researching new funding opportunities
* Maintaining a rolling pipeline of prospective funders and grant opportunities
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop fundable projects and initiatives
* Managing reporting schedules and ensuring all deadlines are met
* Producing accurate income forecasts and pipeline reports
* Gathering impact data, case studies and success stories to strengthen funding applications
* Maintaining accurate records and funding documentation
You Will Ideally Have:
Proven experience securing income from trusts, foundations and grant-making bodies
* Experience writing successful funding applications and impact reports
* Strong prospect research and pipeline development skills
* Excellent written communication and relationship-building abilities
* Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Confidence working with budgets, financial information and impact data
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
