Job Description:
EES Solution is hiring a Brand Design Planner (Producer) for our client in the automotive sector. This role is responsible for the upfront coordination and handling of requests into the Brand Design team. You will be instrumental in turning design requests into well-structured, resourced, and deliverable project plans, ensuring that projects are set up for success before handing them off to programme management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and experienced Producer with a deep understanding of design delivery processes, cross-functional team coordination, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create the operational blueprint for delivering multi-disciplinary design projects.
* Manage projects from initial kickoff through to successful completion.
* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Lead insightful planning, balancing resource availability with deliverable timing.
* Provide key support for the operational management of the Design Hub.
* Collaborate with Programme Management and Business Operations to align resources and timelines.
* Support and inform internal capacity planning.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of design processes from concept through to delivery.
* Proven experience in strategic planning of multi-disciplinary projects.
* Ability to translate strategy into actionable project delivery frameworks.
* Demonstrated success as a Producer in both agency and corporate environments
* High creative sensitivity and the ability to navigate complex design projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
* Comfortable leading projects across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones.
* Proficiency in Wrike, Workfront, and MS Project.
Desirable Experience:
* Automotive or design-focused industry background is advantageous.
* Additional qualifications in design management, operations, or project delivery.
