We're recruiting on behalf of a highly supportive and inclusive local authority in Northamptonshire, seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Support & Safeguarding Team based in Daventry. The Role: You'll be working with children and young people subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and court proceedings. This role involves long-term, relationship-based social work, with regular family visits and collaborative planning to reduce risk and support families.
