Support Technician – Join Our Team!

Shift Pattern:

Night shift rotation

4‑on / 4‑off schedule

Hours: 19:00–07:00

You don’t need a technical background to apply — if you have strong customer service skills, enjoy problem‑solving, and are keen to learn, we’ll provide full training. Each year, we support more than 300,000 customers by keeping their alarm systems running smoothly, and you’ll play an important part in delivering that service.

How will you do it

10. Diagnose and troubleshoot security alarm faults
11. Use a broad range of monitoring and programming software
12. Deliver excellent customer service to external residential customers
13. Handle bespoke and high-security customer requirements with discretion
14. Assist field engineers to ensure remote connectivity to alarm systems

Essential Skills:

✔ An interest in problem-solving

✔ Customer service skills and experience
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience


Preferred Skills:

🔹 Experience in technical problem-solving
