We're now looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. What You’ll Do: Own and manage paid media accounts across multiple clients in the retail/ecommerce space Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest Monitor performance daily, adjusting strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams to align messaging and landing pages Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients Stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve What We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience in paid media (agency or in-house, ideally in ecommerce) Hands-on experience managing budgets across Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a bonus) Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting data and spotting growth opportunities Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing time efficiently Clear communicator, both with clients and internal teams Self-starter — you’re proactive and not afraid to take the lead What We Offer: £35K to £45K salary Flexible working — fully remote or hybrid from our London office Opportunity to work with exciting retail & ecommerce brands Training budget and regular development opportunities 25 days holiday bank holidays Friendly, collaborative team with a strong culture of growth and ownership
