The Role
As a Support Worker (Promoting Independence Assistant) in reablement, you’ll be playing a key role in helping our customers regain and promote their independence and continue living in their own home, following hospital discharge or crisis intervention. This includes helping clients to relearn skills in their lives, such as personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing as well as support with mobility and preparing meals. We offer a range of shifts to suit you, so whether you want to work a couple of evenings, weekends or full time, we have a contract that benefits everyone.
